Inspire windows have done two fairly big jobs for us in recent years, one a few months ago.  We have been delighted with all aspects from start to finish - both friendly and very professional. A great experience from start to finish. Rachael was very helpful when we were trying to choose windows and the style of door. We had many quotes but Inspire were the only ones who could do the colour we wanted rather than settle for something else . When installation day came Neil and the team were brilliant throughout and we are extremely happy with the end result . Inspire were recommended to me and now I am recommending them . We had Inspire Windows fit new Origin aluminium double-glazed French doors and windows, and the whole experience was refreshingly free of drama, which is exactly what you want from major building work. Rachael talked us through the options without any of the usual pushy salesmanship, and was honest enough to admit when the manufacturer got the powder coating wrong and the frames had to be remade. It delayed things a bit, but we'd rather wait for it done properly than have something knocked together to hit a deadline — and she kept us informed throughout, which counts for a lot. Neil and his two-man crew did the actual fitting, which involved removing sections of wall since the new doors are bigger than the old ones — not a small job, and not a clean one by nature. They managed it anyway: dust sheets everywhere, vacuum running more or less constantly, and the place left tidier at the end of each day than you'd expect given what they'd been doing. They turned up when they said they would (genuinely notable), were good company, and it was obvious they cared about the finish rather than just getting it done. They even brought their own tea and coffee kit so as not to put us out, though they didn't say no to bacon rolls on the last day. Oh, and the finished windows and doors look fabulous, obviously — I'd rather forgotten to mention the actual point of the exercise. Our initial appointment with Rachel gave us all the information that we needed to make the decision to use Inspire Windows to supply a new Front door for us. Neil then came out to measure up, and after a visit to the Showroom to confirm that we were happy with our choice of door and fittings. The fitters arrived on time, and after the installation ,which went smoothly, they were efficient, polite and did a great job. Also cleared up, took the old door, and left us very satisfied.
