How much do new windows cost?
Obviously, our price will vary depending on what you want – the good news is that you can get an instant online quote right now!
How much deposit will I need to pay?
We will request a deposit of 50% on signing of the contract. Payment will be required on the day of completion.
How do I know I am getting value for money
Double glazing prices differ hugely between companies, so it’s important to feel confident in the abilities of the installer you choose. We recommend shopping around – compare like-for-like quotations, and ask questions about energy efficiency, the reinforcement of the frame, locking systems and guarantees. Never be tricked by a company that starts at a high price and reduces it greatly until you purchase.

Are you expensive?
Our customers tell us that our quotes on like for like products are extremely competitive, and if you need a window service in Cardiff and South Wales, we are considered to be amongst the most competitive in the area. There are local companies that are cheaper than us but they do not supply the same quality of frames, glass, hardware and window installation experience.
How are your double glazing prices so competitive?
Much of our business is generated by recommendations and we do not have a showroom, meaning we can keep our costs lower. Our suppliers are always happy to demonstrate our quality windows, doors and other products in their own showroom if required.
We also have over 15 years experience in the double glazing and window installation industry, resulting in fantastic supplier relationships. All savings we make are passed onto our customers.
How long will the initial appointment take?
Our appointments are very concise; we understand that our customers are very busy. Your initial appointment will normally last around 30 minutes, after which we will email you a quotation within 24 hours. This allows you to compare all of the quotes you have received without feeling pressurised into signing a contract on the spot. We can also arrange appointments for weekends and evenings if this is easier for you.
When will my windows and doors be fitted?
We will always advise you about our approximate fitting timescales at the initial quotation stage. This can fluctuate throughout the year. Once you have accepted our quote, we will be in contact as soon as we have a convenient survey date.
What accreditations do you hold?
We are a Certass registered company, which means we are fully approved to self-certify our installations in line with current Building Regulation standards. Certass is a government-authorised Competent Person Scheme, operating to the same standards and authority as FENSA, giving you complete confidence that your installation meets all required compliance regulations.
Our work is independently inspected on an annual basis by Certass to ensure we continue to meet the highest levels of workmanship, compliance, and customer protection.
What guarantees will I receive?
Our products are supplied with a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee. Any problems covered by your guarantee within 10 years with the products will be rectified by ourselves.
We also provide a 10-year insurance backed guarantee at no extra cost to you. If we were to cease trading within 10 years from your purchase, you would still be covered for any problems. This is supplied by Plastic Windows Federation.
Do you dispose of my old windows and doors?
We will always take away all old frames and any rubbish. We create minimal mess during our time in your home and always clean up afterwards.
