Communication and pricing from my initial enquiry was clear and prompt. The same week we had a home visit where the measurements were taken. From inspection, Neil also noticed that the sealant on our recently fitted windows from another company hadn’t been completed along with several other problems. The initial timeframe for fitting was between 4-6 weeks which is a standard wait time as we were having a few rooms done. Two weeks later I had an email saying they could had a slot and could fit them early. Arrived first thing in the morning and didn’t stop. They even kindly fitted the door that hadn’t been secured properly by a different company. Brilliant service and attention to detail, going over and beyond what the work required. I’ve learnt my lesson not to go with a lower quote if a company isn’t as reputable. I will definitely use inspire for our next fitting and would look no further.
